ACC - 'Goods In Kind Donations' generator tool

Steps are:
- Click 'add to cart' button below the quantity field
- Fill out the 'Goods In Kind Donation Form' displaying on screen
- Click 'add to cart' again at the bottom of the form
- Click 'proceed to cart'
- There is not fees associated with that process, so once you get to the cart:
- In the ADMIN TRANSACTION CHECK OUT section, select the user account of the donor
- Then, click 'SUBMIT & COMPLETE'
The user you've selected as the donor will get an automated email with the tax receipt attached to it.
