CPC - Admin Permission change requests for Clubs from PTSO Branch representative (INTERPODIA ADMIN ONLY)

2. Ask the admin to review the admin list for their region and if updates need to be made, they need to highlight the update in yellow
3. Once the admin answers back, we need to:
- Update the admin list on the club dashboard
- Look for the email we sent to the club at the beginning of the season and change the contact linked to the ticket. Add the new contact to the ticket and resent the information to the new admin
