Different Identity Membership Statuses

  • Issued: all waivers have been signed, and all requirements are completed
  • Processing: the membership has been paid for, but we are waiting to collect the signatures on the waivers. When a membership is in processing status, you can resend the signature request email from the Membership detail page of the member, 
  • Pending requirement: The membership has been paid, but the person needs to complete the different requirements
  • Manual hold or Requires admin attention: Usually, an admin adds the status if they need to check something for a member. Or it can be a default status if the membership needs to be manually approved by the admins
  • Cancelled: the membership is cancelled but that doesn’t always mean it’s been refunded.
  • Expired: I’m sure you understand that one haha
  • Incomplete: Payment has not been completed yet
