Diving - How to register and pay for your membership (and club program)

This article will provide a step by step process from signing up for the first time to paying for your first membership.

Please note that the screen shown may vary if you are registering for competitive programs compared to recreative ones. 

 

This guide will follow recreative programs as it is the most general.

1. Use the registration link provided by your club. Please click on "Individual Registration" to get started.

This will take you to the login page dedicated to your club. If you already have an account, you can enter your email address and password to access your registration process. Then > proceed to step 3.

If you don't have an account yet, click on "Create an account".

For the mobile version, please click on the icon consisting of three stacked lines, then click "Login".


2.Enter the required information that will be requested, then press "Sign Up".

 

  • If you wish to register your children, start by creating an account in the name of the parent or legal guardian, who will be the billing contact. Then, you can create profiles for your children in the next step.
  • Make sure to note your email address (which will be used as your identifier) and the password you choose so you can log in later.

3. On this page, you will see that your information will be automatically entered into the form on the right column.

If you want to register someone other than yourself (for example, your children), simply click on "Register someone else" and enter their information.

Once finished, click on "REGISTER [First name of the registrant]".

If you want to register more than one person, please note that you will need to register one person at a time.

Note: Only one payment will be required.

 


4.On this page, you can choose the program for which you want to register, then click "Continue".

For some programs, you will need to join your Provincial Sports Organization (and sometimes National). If this is the case, a red box will appear.

To continue, you will need to click "Add your membership to the cart".

Provincial and/or National Memberships

These are mandatory to register with the club of your choice.


5.Please enter the required information in the form that will appear on this screen, then press "Save and Continue".


6.This page will allow you to select the type of activities you want for your membership. To select, check the desired option.

Note: If the club's registration option you choose allows only one type of membership, this option will be automatically chosen for you.

Once you have made your selection, press "Continue".

If the person you are registering or yourself want to join multiple options, please check all the options that apply to you.

Once you have selected your club, press "Next".


7.Please choose the club for which you want to register from the list of Affiliations. To select, check the desired option.

Note: If the club's registration option you choose allows only one type of membership, this option will be automatically chosen for you.

 


This step is important as it will depend on the specific procedures of your club. Each club offers different payment options.

If you are not sure which payment method to choose - contact your club.

8.Choose the payment method, then please answer the 4 questions related to your identity.

Once completed, press "Continue".


9.Please confirm all the information you have entered, then press "Complete and return to your registration".


10.Fill out the specific forms for the club you are joining.

Some clubs (and/or events) will have forms to fill out during registration. This page may not appear for you.

Clubs sometimes require the purchase of certain additional items during registration, such as a club-identified jersey.

These items may be mandatory. In doubt, confirm with your club.

12. Fill out the specific forms for the club's online store.

Don't worry!

A number appears next to an item by default - this does not mean you will be charged for it.


13.A summary of the selected registration options will appear on the screen, confirm them, and then press "Validate and proceed to payment".

Made an error?

Simply press the "[edit]" button to adjust your selection.


14.To fill out the waivers, please confirm your identity.

If you are registering for someone else (or if you are not the guardian), you will need to enter their information and a valid email address.

These signatures are required to obtain your membership with a club (or an event).


15. Please check all the blue boxes (signifying your agreement) for each statement and virtually sign with your full name.


16.You are now at the final step of the registration. If all the information is correct, simply enter your payment details, then click "Submit and Complete".

Your Order

This box summarizes the total cost of your registration.

If you are part of a payment group, your credit card will be charged $0.00, and the fees will be attributed directly to your club.

Payment and Billing

This box allows you to enter your banking information for payment. If your billing address is different from your residential address, click on the small icon to adjust the information.

The additional option - Flexible Refund

This option is optional. If this box appears on the submission page, make sure to check "No, thanks" if you are not interested; otherwise, you will not be able to submit your registration.

Transaction Summary with the CLUB

This box allows you to verify the items that will be charged by the club. To remove items, you can click on the trash can at the end of each item's line. If you want to change the quantity, you can click "+" to add 1 unit or "-" to subtract 1 unit.

Transaction Summary with the Provincial/Territory Sports Organization (PSO)

This box allows you to verify the items that will be charged by the PSO.

When registering multiple people, make sure the program is attached to the right person.

If you see that an error has been made after registration, please contact your Sports Organization to assist you.

This box allows you to verify the items that will be charged by the NSO.
