How to see outstanding membership fees my organization is owed in a Payment Group
In this article, we will explain how to filter the fees present in a Payment group
1. Access the Payment Group that you need to assess the outstanding fees.
2. Scroll down to the Transaction List, and you will see a search bar that you can use to filter by Financial Organization, Dates, Payment Status, and/or Receipt.
3. In the Financial Organization droplist, select your organization and click on Filter
In the new list displayed, only the memberships of that specific organization will now be displayed. Let's now consolidate everything in an invoice.
4. Under that list, you can select which transactions should be charged (in this case - all the ones related to the chosen organization). Select the option Include filtered list only, then click on Update Total to be charged.
5. You can now scroll back up to the section Invoice and click Update.
You will need to refresh your page for the new invoice to be generated
6. Click on View Invoice Details
