How to setup or update a message for your members visible on their profile home page

This article explains how you can add or update a message that will show to all of your members on the home page of their profile.



Here's what it looks like to your members (see the ACME coaching logo and message section below):


 

Or you can add a background and remove the message text to make it look like this:

Here's how you configure it:

  1. From your admin dashboard, navigate to Membership Organizations > Registration Configuration > Profile widget.

  2. Enter the information you'd like to show in the individual sections.

    Note: you can include HTML tags in the Message Title, such as "<h1>Visit the ESNZ main page to view all purchase options.</h1>".

  3. Enter a Visible from and Visible to date range (these dates are inclusive, so if you enter Jan 1 to Jan 2, it will be visible from Jan 1 00:00:00 to Jan 2 23:59:59).
  4. You can also add a couple buttons to link to separate pages if needed.
  5. Add a background buy selecting or dragging and dropping an image file into the Select Background box.
  6. Click Save.

Scroll down to find another section for Expired memberships.

Repeat the same steps as above and hit save.

Note: if your member has memberships from other organizations they will see all relevant messages.  The most recently updated message shows at the top of the list of messages.
