Nordiq Canada - Admin level management

This guide will detail the different admin-level access we have on Snowreg and how to edit them

1- Nordiq Canada - Level 4:
  • Admins have access to all the information linked to their processes and well as divisions and course conductor information:
  • Admins have access to record quizzes, courses and give people credits if needed.
  • Admins have the ability to edit any of the official information, membership statuses etc.. at anytime
  • Admins have the ability to assign new access to a division to record quizzes, courses and give credit to officials.

2- Nordiq Division - Level 3:
Based on the list Ilona gave me here, I have already given the Divisions all the proper access. If new admins need to be added, please let me know and I will do it for you for now. I will explain the process later on when you are more familiar with the platform.
  • Admins have access to all the information linked to their division and course conductor information
    • Each division can see its division dashboard and affiliation tab to see its list of affiliated official
    • Can view official level information and edit some of the attributes (based on the permission we will give them)
    • Can view and edit officials' account and profile information
  • Admins have access to record quizzes, courses and give people credits if needed. Note that for the courses, we have the ability to restrict them if certain requirements should be completed by a Nordiq Canada admin only

3- Course Conductors admins - Level 2:
For the course conductors, we will give them access when we import your members. Then moving forward, Nordiq Canada will be able to manually give access to an official. If new admins need to be added after the import, please let me know and I will do it for you for now. I will explain the process later on when you are more familiar with the platform.
  • Admins have access to course conductor information only
  • Admins don’t have access to the official member information
  • Admin can record quizzes, courses and give people credits for only the course conductor requirements.
