1. How to review officials' levels and requirements
a. Division
Each division has a dedicated dashboard on Snowreg. When an official registers for the annual registration, they get affiliated with a Division and club.
1. Go to your Division dashboard under the Club/Division menu: https://snowreg.com/management/tools/#!/dashboard/club
2. Click on your division dashboard
3. Go to your affiliation Affiliation tab either:
On a large screen, you will see it here
On a smaller screen, you will need to click on the hamburger menu to see the option
4. Once you are on the affiliation tab, you will be able to see the list of your affiliates with the highest level they achieved and the next level they need to work on.
5. Clicking on Membership details will open the detailed page of the official level

This level is in Pending requirement, meaning all prerequisites haven’t been completed for this level.
In the second section, you can view the list of requirements for the level. A requirement can have 2 status:

2. Provide member feedback
To provide member feedback, you can use the Official card tool under a member profile. This functionality allows you to:
- Provide positive feedback about an individual
- Constructive feedback or complaint about an individual
- Report the date of the occurrence and a description. It can also be linked to a specific event
- Share the feedback between Divisions and Nordiq Canada internally
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Those cards are visible for the official member under their Snowreg profile. However, they can only see the Card Note section (view instructions below)
- There is a section on the official card reserved for Staff only
- An official member can have several cards under their profile
How to complete

- File: if you have any PDF or JPG to upload against your comment
- Link an event: if the comment happened at a specific event, you can link it
Members are able to review their official card on their Snowreg profile here: https://snowreg.com/my_pages/notifications
3. Validate Safe Sport Training Rule of Two Transcript
We don't have Safe Sport Training Rule of Two integration from CAC the Locker to Snowreg. Therefore, your members will need to submit their transcript through this event: https://snowreg.com/#!/events/safe-sport-training-rule-of-two-submit
When a transcript is submitted, a notification is sent to Nordiq Canada to review and confirm the transcript, validating the requirement.
To see a transcript, go to the event registration dashboard here and click on the registration. Eg: https://snowreg.com/management/tools/#!/dashboard/426432/registration
From there, you can:
- read the transcript
- Validate the transcript
When you click on Add Evaluation, a popup window will appear where you need to select PASS if you validate the transcript and the date the person completed the transcript.
Once you have completed those steps, the Safe Sport Rule Training of Two requirement will be completed on the official's profile.
