4. How to review my current Official Level
At any time, you can review your levels, missing requirements and experience submitted from your Snowreg profile.
To review the highest level you achieved and the requirement to complete your next level, please click here: https://snowreg.com/my_pages/memberships
In the screenshot below, the TEST member is a Nordiq Canada - Official in training. The Complete status confirms that this is the highest level I have achieved as I’m new to officiating.
Below, I have my Official Level 1 in Pending requirement status, with an Action Needed label. This is the next level I’m looking to achieve. Until I meet all the requirements, Level 1 will stay in pending requirements status.
To have an overview of the missing requirements I must complete for your next level, you need to click on Action Needed and a list will pop up. For each requirement, we are providing information on how to complete it.
Note: The system calculates the highest level you have completed based on the list of requirements at each level. If one of your requirements expires while you officiating, your official level will drop to the lowest level you achieved (you have completed all the requirements).
Also, you can have a full overview of all the requirements per level. Click on the arrow on the right of your level to view a more detailed view of this specific level.
From there you can view what requirements you have completed and what requirements are missing

5. How to record my experience
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- If you try to record attendance for an event when your license is not renewed, the system will force you through the renewal process before completing your experience record.
By clicking on Add Membership to Cart, you are registering for my annual membership at the same time as logging your experience. - If you have already registered with Nordiq Canada for the season, you can continue to log your experience
We created a dedicated Nordiq Canada event directory where all Divisions and Canada events will be listed.
To access the event directory, click HERE:
- You can log your experience for an event by clicking on Register Now
- If you are looking to submit a past experience (within the last 5 years), please click HERE
When you submit an experience, it will count toward your role requirements at certain levels. Eg: OL1 Experience - any 3 roles: Level 2 Candidates require 3 different role experiences at any Tier 1, 2, or 3 sanctioned events.
