How to resend a membership confirmation email?

There are two types of emails that your organization might be using: 

  • Purchase confirmation email (sent when the purchaser completes their transaction in their cart)
  • Issued membership email (sent when a membership status becomes 'issued' > from any other status)

How to access one member's membership details?

From your "MEMBERSHIPS" menu, lookup either your member name or membership number and open 

Click on the membership you want to access, then :

Purchase confirmation email

You can just scroll down to the Purchased Groups section, and click on 'resend purchase confirmation email' of the membership option you want to trigger the email for.

Note: the option is only available for active memberships

Issued membership email

From the 'membership info' section on the right side, click on 'resend issued membership email'.

Note: the option only displays if the email exists for your organization
