How to change a membership status?
1. To access the Memberships menu, navigate to the dashboard and click on it. You can findthis tab under the Search and Manage section on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
2. To find a participant's membership, you can use the search bar and enter their first name, last name, or user email. This will help you locate their membership details quickly and easily.
3. Click on the participant's membership to view their membership details.
4. To cancel a participant's membership, go to the membership details page and scroll down to find the Purchased Groups section. Click on the Edit button. From the dropdown menu, select "Cancelled" as the new membership status. Don't forget to click Save to apply the changes. By doing this, the participant's membership will be removed from the membership reports.5. To ensure the participant’s membership has been successfully cancelled, download the Memberships – Cancelled report from the MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATIONS dashboard.
