This article summarize the steps of managing the Excellence Recognition Programs
Step 1: Club Coach to Participate in the Coach Webinar
To register for a webinar, coaches will need to register through that link:

How to manage registrations?
- To add more dates (registration options), access the configuration > registration categories tab.
- To access your list of registrants per date, access the home page. And click on the number of registrant for the specific date you'd like to pull the list for. This will open the list of registrations in the REGISTRATIONS menu, from where you can generate a registration report
Step 2: Submit Your Engaged Commitment
Once a club coach has participated in the Webinar, you can have the club submit their initial application from from here:

Then club needs to enter their base information here:
And enter the additional information of the engaged status step:
(Information may vary based on the type of application)
Fees summary get displayed, and club can proceed to card for payment:
Step 3: Complete Your Application
Once the club submitted their initial application, you'll get notified (as an admin). You can find the list of applications from here: https://skatereg.ca/management/tools/#!/dashboard/permits/listings
By default, the application will be in an 'waiting for approval' status. When the club is ready to proceed, you'll update their application to 'waiting for post process information':
This will activate the 'post process' tab:
You can send the link to that page to the club, for them to access it and complete the additional program application.
