Please note this tutorial is not specific to any State League or Association - the majority of the steps for your League or Association will be the same or similar as shown below.
From your League / Association home page click the button to "Register a Team for 202X Season"
NEW TEAMS:
Click the first option to START A NEW TEAM APPLICATION and enter all the requested information to continue through the team registration process. All fields marked with a red asterisk are required to continue through to payment.
⚠️RETURNING TEAMS CAN COPY A PREVIOUS APPLICAITON⚠️
If you are a returning team that has been registered through CCN before, you can copy a previous application to expedite your team's registration for the season.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not see any team listings (step 2, below) you are not logged in with a Team Admin account. Be sure to log in with the an account which is listed as a Team Administrator. If you do not know which account to use, contact your League / Association.
To copy a previous application;
1. Click the button START A NEW TEAM APPLICATION on the LEFT of the window
2. Select your team's current-year record. It should be the first (top) record with this year's date listed (i.e. March 1, 2024), and click the option Start a new application...
3. Copy a previous application.
If your team was previously registered with the League you can copy the information submitted in a previous season. Click the button Copy This Application to prepopulate the form.
4. Review the application. If you chose to copy a previous application the system will populate the questionnaire with the same answers as the application you copied. Be sure to review the information - if anything has changed you can edit.
5. Click DONE when complete to continue.
6. Click COMPLETE / CHECKOUT to proceed to cart and pay.
