Yukon Freestyle Ski Association - How to approve pre-competitive and competitive athletes.
Pre-competitive and competitive athletes can pre-register here in order to be approved by an admin, here is how to approve athletes:
1. You will receive a notification email each time an athletes pre-registers, click the registration details link in the email.
2. After reviewing the registration details, if you want to go ahead and approve the person click on edit on either pre-competitive or competitive:
3. Select yes to unable the person to register
4. To notify the person that they have been approved and to send them the link to fully register use the email template called Pre-comp-Comp - APROVED template under ''notify and follow-up'':
You can create another email template to let people know they have not been approved.
