Alpine Clubs: Annual SnowReg Club Dashboard Setup

Important Things to Know

  1. SnowReg is ACA's online membership and events management platform. SnowReg is
powered by Interpodia, a technology and online solutions provider that has worked
alongside sport organizations since 2009. Interpodia is headquartered in Vancouver,
British Columbia. Click here for information on Interpodia's technology and PCI
    compliance.
  2. Interpodia's privacy policy can be consulted here.
  3. SnowReg must be configured anew each season at each level of the registration process: ACA memberships, PTSO memberships, Club registrations - this is to ensure that the registration data is properly partitioned.

Set Up Steps

Step 1: Submit your annual configuration request

Complete and submit your annual configuration request (please click on your province link below), and choose your preferred configuration option. Once the form is submitted, a club will receive their draft dashboard for review and testing within 8 business days.

There are two (2) main configuration options available within SnowReg, and a club must select one (1) configuration option each season:
  • Option A // Your club will use SnowReg in an integrated way (to collect both club registration fees AND ACA/PTSO membership fees online via a single process). Each member pays all fees online, and the split of fees between the club, PTSO and ACA is automatic.
> By choosing option A, take advantage of our Waitlist Management Feature
  • Option B // Your club will not use SnowReg to collect club registration fees. However, your club will have to make sure that each of our members registers individually and pay their ACA/PTSO membership fees online, the fees will be automatically distributed to the PTSO and ACA.

Step 2: Set Up a Payment Processing Account (required for clubs using Option A)

This step applies to clubs using Option A for the first time. Please reach out to info@snowreg.com for more information on completing this step.

Step 3: Review and Edit your club portal

SnowReg will pre-configure your registration portal based on your choice of configuration option (A or B). Once ready, the SnowReg team will contact your club with the list of information to confirm and review.
For clubs that have chosen configuration option A, you will have to review and modify the portal configuration, including but not limited to the elements listed in our Club OnBoarding Setup: HOW TO SETUP YOUR CLUB PORTAL AND CREATE YOUR CLUB PROGRAMS guide.

Step 4: Test registration & Submit for Review

It is strongly recommended that all clubs conduct test registrations before opening registration to the public.
Once you are satisfied with your Club Portal setup, click the green Submit for Review button in the top right corner of the dashboard. SnowReg will then review your registration portal and send you a confirmation email when your portal is live (usually within 2-5 business days). If the green Submit for Review button is not visible, you send an email to info@snowreg.com requesting that your club portal go live.
