Alpine Clubs: Annual SnowReg Club Dashboard Setup

Important Things to Know

  1. SnowReg is ACA's online membership and events management platform. SnowReg is
powered by Interpodia, a technology and online solutions provider that has worked
alongside sport organizations since 2009. Interpodia is headquartered in Vancouver,
British Columbia. Click here for information on Interpodia's technology and PCI
    compliance.
  2. Interpodia's privacy policy can be consulted here.
  3. SnowReg must be configured anew each season at each level of the registration process: ACA memberships, PTSO memberships, Club registrations - this is to ensure that the registration data is properly partitioned.

Set Up Steps

Step 1: Submit your annual configuration request

Complete and submit your annual configuration request (please click on your province link below), and choose your preferred configuration option. Once the form is submitted, a club will receive their draft dashboard for review and testing within 8 business days.

There are two (2) main configuration options available within SnowReg, and a club must select one (1) configuration option each season:
  • Option A: Integrated Registration
  • Option B: Separate Club Registration
    • Club registration fees are collected separately.
    • Members must individually register and pay Alpine Sask and ACA membership fees online via SnowReg.
    • Fees are automatically distributed to Alpine Sask and ACA.

Step 2: Set Up a Payment Processing Account (required for clubs using Option A)

This step applies to clubs using Option A for the first time. Please reach out to info@snowreg.com for more information on completing this step.

Step 3: Review and Edit your club portal

SnowReg will pre-configure your registration portal based on your choice of configuration option (A or B). Once ready, the SnowReg team will contact your club with the list of information to confirm and review.
For clubs that have chosen configuration option A, you will have to review and modify the portal configuration, including but not limited to the elements listed in our Club OnBoarding Setup: HOW TO SETUP YOUR CLUB PORTAL AND CREATE YOUR CLUB PROGRAMS guide.

Step 4: Test registration & Submit for Review

It is strongly recommended that all clubs conduct test registrations before opening registration to the public.
To do so, you need to click on the View Registration Page blue button (top right corner of your configuration dashboard) and start registering as a member would. You can create testing profile under your admin account (eg: Test Youth / Test Adult ...).
When executing test registrations, always ensure your cart is empty and do not click the Submit and Complete button. If you accidentally click the Submit and Complete button, ensure the test registrations are deleted.

Once you feel like your registration process is ready, you can SUBMIT FOR REVIEW (using the green button on the yellow banner) - and we'll get in touch with you for the final steps before going live.
