      Diving - How to submit your annual configuration request?

      The below information is relevant to the 2023/2024 season.

      Please find below the information you need for your club's preparations for the upcoming 2023/2024 season with Diving Plongeon Canada!

      STEP 1: Configuration Options Overview

      For the 2023-2024 season, DPC has made it mandatory for all competitive athletes, coaches, and officials to use the new H2Oreg system on a member first basis.
      To ensure a smooth process, each club must choose between Option A or B for setting up their participants in the system. Detailed information about these options can be found in the "CONFIGURATION OPTIONS" section on page 4 of the 2023-24 START-OF-SEASON INFORMATION PACKAGE document.
      Note: Option A and Option B offer different approaches, so we encourage you to review the document to determine which one aligns best with your club's needs.
       
      Furthermore, if your club still prefers to manage recreational membership and facility programs participants through a bulk upload, this is understandable, however, it requires prior approval from both your PSO and DPC.
      Please note that choosing the bulk upload option will entail a Bulk Upload Permission Setup Fee of $99.00+taxes per club per season.

      STEP 2: Submit your configuration request

      Once your club has decided on the preferred option for using the H2Oreg system in the 2023/2024 season, kindly submit your Annual Club Setup Request Application using the link below:
       

       

      BULK REQUEST

      If DPC and/or your provincial organization has approved your request to use the Bulk Upload option to manage your members for the 2023/2024 season, you may proceed with the following steps: 

      1- Complete your Annual Club Setup Request Application: See links above
      2- In the "Setup options" step of the application, select the 3rd option: "Club run by city facilities - Memberships fees collected and paid by the club (club will bulk import members)"
      3- Enter your DPC approval code: Please reach out to your provincial organization to get the approval code
      4- Select the applicable provincial taxes for your club (based on your club location)
      5- Proceed to the cart and submit payment
       
      Note: The setup fee for the Bulk Upload option is $99.00 (plus applicable taxes) per club and per season.
       
      After submitting your payment for the bulk upload setup request, our team will be notified, and you will receive further instructions once your permissions have been created.
       
      Bulk Upload Information
      By choosing the bulk upload option, your club agrees to the following terms of usage of the H2Oreg platform for 2023/2024:
      • Club members/participants will not register directly in H2Oreg. Instead, the club will collect registration information and payments for the PSO membership and associated DPC membership.
      • The club will be responsible for BULK UPLOADING membership information into H2Oreg.
      • Club members/participants pay the club directly (outside of the system), and the amounts owing to the PSO and DPC will be tracked in a payment group.
      • The club will be invoiced for the PSO membership fees and the DPC membership fees at the PSO/DPC convenience.
