Your orders will show a 'snapshot' of the purchase you made at the time, this includes products, registrations; any other add-ons you may have purchased at the time.
1. Make sure you are logged into the account to which you made the order from. If it was made from a sub-profile make sure you are logged into the parent account.
2. Once you are logged in hover your mouse/pointing device over your profile name and select "Orders".
3. On the "Orders" page you will be given a list of ALL orders you have made using this profile from the date it was created. There will be two items of use on this page, see below.
3a. "Status" this will show the current status of your order. One of three statuses will show, either "Incomplete" or "Complete" or "Cancelled". If your status is "Incomplete" then your registration has not been paid for or is missing information. If your registration is "Cancelled" then either an organiser or administrator has cancelled your registration.
3b. "Receipt" (note: click the arrow to see the receipt) will show a snapshot of your transaction including all taxes and fees that were charged. You may print this off or just simply view as a confirmation. If you made a donation this receipt is NOT an official tax receipt.

Comment voir mes commandes ?
Vos commandes vous montre la liste de vos achats effectués sur la plateforme jusqu'à maintenant.
1. Assurez-vous d'être connecté au compte avec lequel vous avez effectué les achats. si ils ont été effectués depuis un sous-profil, connectez vous au compte principal.
2. Une fois connecté sélectionnez historique des paiements sous votre prénom en haut a droite de l'écran.
3. Depuis cette page vous avez accès à tous les paiements effectués depuis votre profil jusqu'à ce jour. Sur cette page vous trouverez :
3a. "Status" Il s'agit du statut de la commande. Il peut être ''complet'', ''incomplet'' ou ''annulé''. Si votre statut est ''incomplet" cela signifie que vous n'avez pas payé pour votre inscription ou que certaines informations sont manquantes. Si votre inscription est annulée, un organisateur ou administrateur a annulé votre inscription.
3b. "Receipt" Il s'agit de la facture (cliquez sur la flèche pour afficher la facture) elle affiche vos transactions et inclut les frais et taxes appliquées. Vous pouvez imprimer cette facture si vous le souhaitez. Si vous aves fait un don, cette facture n'est pas valable en tant que reçu fiscal.
