How to manually manage products associated with a membership?

This will walk you through how to add/remove associated products for a membership.

Step 1 - To find a specific person's membership, you can search for that persons name in the membership section found here - https://2mev.com/management/tools/#!/dashboard/membership

Then click on that persons membership to reveal the membership details.

Step 2 - Then scroll down to the middle of that page, until you see the product section here;

Step 3 - From the two drop down menus, select the group name (The membership, you want to add a product to). Then the associated product you would like to add.

Once you've selected the Group Name and the Product, click the "Add Product" button.

That's it! You've successfully added a product to that person's membership.

Keep in mind adding any products this way does not automatically result in the costs associated with that product being added to their cart. This is for manually adding a product after it has already been paid for, or requires an offline payment outside of our system.

If you would like to remove an associated product in the case of a refund request, after the refund has been issued, simply click the drop down next to that product and select "Cancel".
