How to download a member's membership card?
Any document we've created for your membership organization are available in the membership details section
How to access one member's membership details?
From your "memberships" menu, lookup either your member name or membership number and open 
Then go to the "Documents" section and select "print (PDF)"
The document will open in the new tab, from there you can either print it or save it.
To send back the document along with the confirmation email directly to the member you can also directly select the "Resend email" option from the "purchased groups" section:
