      Gymnastics Canada - Club registration flow

      1. Registrants - Affiliation 

       

      During the Gymnastics Canada registration process, registrants are prompted to affiliate with a club:

      ALL clubs are available for affiliation, whether or not the club has completed its own registration yet detailed in step 2 below.

      2. Clubs - Registration

       

      To access their list of affiliates which were collected via the previous step, clubs must register with Gymnastic Canada. 

      Once registered, Gym-Reg will create their affiliation tab for them to access their affiliates list and reach back with the following email template:

      Thank you for choosing Gym-Reg to follow your members' affiliations! Please find below all the information you need to use our system.

       

      - You can refer to the following link to access the list of people that are affiliated with your club: (UNIQUE AFFILIATION TAB LINK)

       

      - Managing my club, team or school - Club affiliate members management tab : This guide will help you understand how to use your dashboard.

      This template can be updated at any time. If clubs wish to use the system to integrate their club registrations with Gymnastics Canada, a brochure can be created with additional information and shared with them via this template.
