The HPP is structured in four parts illustrated bellow and detailed in this article.
1. HPP - Membership
Athletes can purchase their High Performance Program Membership from here, once approved they can register for any HPP events part of a program.
To manage your HPP program as a CFF admin you need :
- HPP general athlete : a provincial/FIE/EFC membership is required + an athlete attribute is required
- HPP next gen athlete : a provincial/FIE/EFC membership is required + a next gen attribute is required
- HPP excellence : a provincial/FIE/EFC membership is required (the HP attribute is given automatically through registration)
2. Programs
The programs, called ''series'' in the 2M dashboard list all of the events a member can register for under a specific program.
From the program landing page, athletes will find a table of the program's event and will be able to click on the one they are interested in to directly reach the event's landing page containing detailed information about the event and its registration process.
If athletes wish to directly register to one of the program's events or register to several of the events at once they can also do so directly from the program's landing page by clicking on ''register for event(s)''.
Five dashboards are created for each program (HP INS, HP ONTARIO, HP BC). From these program dashboards you can add all the events that will be part of your program if they are not already there.
From the ''Series Configuration'' tab under ''Events'' you can directly manage all of your events and access their dashboards to add content, modify prices, waivers, survey questions etc.
Under the ''content'' tab you can also edit your program's landing page.
3. Events
Add-on pages will be created under your series, you can modify their content/registration process directly from their dashboards
Direct links :
As mentioned above, if you need to add more add-ons to your programs, you will have to create them before hand. (If some of your events are similar 2M can clone them for you)
4. Registration Categories
Under these events you will create your registration categories and their prices, for example for a training camp event under the HP INS program the registration categories will be :
- Next Gen Athletes - $0
- Excellence Athletes - $0
- HP Athletes - $350
Once you are done with your event set-up you can submit it for review from your event dashboard:
2M will receive your request and get back to your to finalize the event set up before it can go live. 2M will add the rules and requirements for the event and/or registration categories.
Meaning on the event level only athletes with a HPP memberships can participate (CFF for the online program). On the registration categories level only Next Gen athletes can register for the Next Gen category etc.. The FIE and EFC rules can also be added at the event/reg. cat. level.
